CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that from time to time people need to cancel appointments and emergencies happen. I ask if you are unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Please be advised inadequate notice will result in 50% of your treatment being charged. Appointments cancelled on the day or failure to show/missed appointments will incur 100% of treatment cost.

COLD, FLU & COVID-19 POLICY If you or someone in your household are suffering from respiratory infections or contagious illness, this includes but not limited to; fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, difficulty breathing, vomiting and diarrhoea then please reschedule your appointment to a later date once you have fully recovered. The risk of infecting the therapist and other attending clients is high.
