During pregnancy the body is put under a lot of pressure due to the continual changes occurring. It is important that you feel comfortable and so we provide a specialised pregnancy mat so you can lay on your tummy or you can opt to be side-lying during your treatment. (Massage is not recommended during the first trimester.)
